Dan comes ot us from Corporate Investors Mortgage Group which is a company that has operated in North Carolina for almost 10 years. They are a North Carolina based firm and offer over 150 different loan programs...virtually every kind of loan available today. Dan is a graduate of NC State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry and was a Chemist for a local company for several years before realizing that his profession didn't allow him enough interaction with people and a slow rate of advancement. Dan has definitely found his niche' in that he has a thriving business now and has made as many as 40 loans in a single month! However, he realizes that giving his clients all the attention they needed with that number was a real challenge (though his team did just that and all successfully closed without a hitch) but he likes to maintain something more in the range of 20/month and feels he can do a superior job of managing that number with greatest effect.
