Last year the average sales made per agent in the MLS was 4. Four, yes, that's right. Yes, I realize there are quite a few who don't really work at it, so we can call it five or even six if you like. Can you guess what the number of average sales made came to at Plexus? 14! Depending on how you calculate the former that comes to more than two or three times as much! Now let's talk about volume. The average volume for agents in the MLS was $1,086,780.00. Okay, not terrible. Now let's compare that to ours: $6,142,857.00. You read this right, six times the volume!! Regular Leads: Plexus Realty is a network of real estate specialists, and as the only such company we can very effectively generate, and help you generate leads! How much time and money did you have to spend to generate your last 5 buyers? We don't want you to stop any of your regular efforts as Realtors but to pose the question a different way: what would it be worth to you to get 5 or 10 targeted leads every month? Without going in detail here you can be assured that if you become one of our Specialists you will do just that, and they'll be real leads not just names, phone numbers or e-mail addresses.
Superb Commission Structure: Just try to find a commission structure that beats ours! Let's just say this, you carry your percentage forward at the end of the year rather than getting it reset to 50/50, and even sales volume from company generated leads will contribute to your volume pool. We do not charge franchise fees, technology fees, or any other kind of fees. But far more than this, we pay almost $800 per agent, per month in special benefits! You read that right, $800! This kind of investment in the agents is in part what has made them so successful. Further, you retain any bonus you earn 100% (though it obviously will not add to your volume). We also split commissions on listings based on the full commission and do not hack part of it off first. There's more, but we can say with absolute confidence in terms of money that there isn't another program better!
Websites/Personal Website: Most companies have one Website for marketing to the public, generating leads, and serving as the company calling card. We have a main website unlike any other which effectively represents nearly every niche' market segment. Consequently, these generate many visits and numerous subsequent leads distributed by experience, training and merit. In fact, we have over 12 websites and with thousands of monthly visits to these your exposure as a listing agent will be great indeed. If you'd like a personal website that really makes a splash we'll even help you put one together. You'll do the work, but we'll show you how and help you with your own IDX should you want it.
On-Call Opportunity: You don't answer the phones as a receptionist at Plexus but you do take on-call leads. That's the best of both worlds and is one of the best features of working for a smaller company; calls really count! More of our calls turn into bonafied sales than any I've seen elsewhere.
Lower Expenses: Once again, based on merit and volume, we assist with Advertising, Personal Promotion, Marketing, Support, Administrative Assistance, Office Materials, MLS Fees, Postage, and more. These are part of the $800/mo we pay as I noted above. What it means is that you aren't nickeled-and-dimed to death. We don't feel this offers a constructive atmosphere or fosters the synergy we are so careful to encourage. We don't lock our cabinets or pass out copier codes...we just want you to work, work hard, and sell lots of homes which is how we all benefit the most!
Training Materials: If you really want to know how to sell real estate, market yourself for future security, successfully list and sell FSBOs, Expireds, Withdrawns, work with clients through a seamless transaction that gets you referrals, cultivate farms so they really work, and promote yourself with profound results, every time, then you'll definitely like us. We've created training modules that, if followed to the letter, will earn you at least $100,000/yr. If you're not earning that at the end of your second full year with us then you're not following the marketing structure set up in our modules or taking advantage of one of our Specialties!
