I began my career as a Realtor  in 1995 Denver, Colorado at a large Better Homes and Gardens agency.I returned to Raleigh and began working with  Howard Perry and Walston in 1997. I worked hard to establish my self as a listing specialist and developed my skills as a problem solver and negotiator.

Over the years I have developed a few areas of specialty. As a co-founder of Triangle Condos and Townhomes, I have sold more than my share of condos and townhomes and would consider myself an expert in this area. Specializing in a particular niche is really helpful in building a career because it gives you confidence and knowledge that really helps you connect with clients. The better connection you have with people, the better service you can provide. I am currently working on my Eco Broker Certification. This is a huge area of interest for me and I find that focusing on things that excite me, really make me a better Realtor. It keeps things interesting and fresh. I also have experience with older homes and remolding as I have transformed two homes myself. I love looking at historic homes and helping people envision upgrades and modifications that will bring out the most in an older home. My last area of focus is investment properties. I have a couple of my own and have a good eye for what will work and not work.
